[00:00:01] Speaker A: Welcome to the Numa Church podcast. Wherever you are in the world, we are so glad you've joined us. Our prayer is that this message from our visiting guest ministry will reveal more of who our heavenly Father is as we all grow deeper in intimacy with Jesus. Enjoy the message. [00:00:17] Speaker B: Good morning. Just make sure. Yes, good morning, everyone. What a joy to be here and see y'all. Number one, it is a delight. We had the pleasure of meeting pastors Glenn and Lynn in Texas by chance, but there is no chance with Jesus, right? He aligns our steps and he directs us. And it's been such a privilege to get to know them and hear about what God is doing here in Australia. And we are delighted to be here. As pastor shared, we work in Southeast Asia. I think you'll be seeing a little bit of video of the children that we work with in Cambodia, in Indonesia, and going into Vietnam. We started by teaching and training pastors and leaders in that region for many, many years and thought that was our niche and that was our calling. But we kept seeing trafficking happening. To the extent that David and I would go to these establishments and they would ask my husband, with me standing right next to him, how many would you like and for how long? It was as easy as ordering a Coke. And that's when we were like, this can't be happening on our watch. And right across the street from our training center, our Bible school in Indonesia, they opened a brothel that was frequented by and also run by people in uniform. And one day, two of the girls ran to our place and said, we did not sign up for this. Our parents paid money to the traffickers and thought we were going to receive jobs in the city. So that's when we just said, God, what shall we do? And God began to direct us to go into the villages and teach prevention. Basically, please don't sell your children. There are other ways. And as we were doing that, our first little rescue walked into our lives, into our hearts. She was a special needs child that was chained, literally, with an iron chain around her neck during the day and fed scraps and excrement, anything. And then at night, she was used. She was looked around, four years old, with gashes and wounds all over her little body. We brought her in and she began what we call Selah House. Selah, meaning a place to park, pause, change direction, rest. And that's what we have been doing for many years now, is bringing in children that need a place of healing, a house of miracles. And some of the faces that you're seeing are the ones that God has transformed. Honestly, we don't have a very extravagant program or we have counselors, all of that. But it is his presence that heals them, bringing them into a place where they connect with heaven. And Jesus comes into the deepest crevices of their little beings and heals memories and restores. And now they have visions and dreams. They're encountering Jesus. They want to touch their nation and be leaders. We started with girls, and during the pandemic, little boys started coming in and we began to bring them in. I'll tell you the story of little Alex. Alex was about six or seven when he came to us. And when he first came to us, he couldn't sleep at night because when he closed his eyes was when bad things happened to him. Well, we would pray for him and just cover him until he fell asleep. Someone would sit beside him and just pray. And then one day he just sat up and he said, what does this mean? I will lay me down in peace and sleep, for thou, o Lord, gives me rest. He can't read. He'd never heard that verse before. But the Lord deposited that in his spirit, and now he sleeps through the night. We also have a twelve year old that was sold into a brothel. And right when she was about to be violated and used, God allowed us to go in and rescue her. We have a 14 year old who was actually selling herself because her mom is a sex worker and that's all she'd seen. And we paused when we heard her story and thought, how can we bring her in? But God said, bring her in. And when we sat with her and asked her, why did she do this, she said, because I want to go to school, and I don't have pencils, I don't have paper, and this is the only way that I can do it. So now, to be able to give these children a chance, we bring them in. We send them to christian private schools, we give them english classes and computer classes and the presence of Jesus. And we're so delighted to do that. I mentioned that we do teaching and training of pastors and leaders. They're also taught not just theology, but also on how to identify trafficking. And when they go back to their communities, they're the ones that call us and say, hey, there's a child. We recently received a three year old little boy that was just about to be sold by his parents. But he's safe now and he's with us. So these are the kind of stories that we're hearing daily. David and I leave on Tuesday for Vietnam, where God has opened a door for us to start a safe house there, and we're so delighted. Pray with us there. The issue is they take children into China because of the lack of women, because of the one child policy. So many children are kidnapped into that area, and we want to help them. Also. Our goal, pray with us, is to work ourselves out of a job. We honestly believe that trafficking can end in our generation, in our lifetime. Jesus is able, and we're just honored that we get to partner with all of you as well, in prayer, in heart, in encouragement. Come and see. Come to Cambodia. Come to Indonesia, where God is moving and children are being set free. And the church of God is rising up. God bless you. [00:06:37] Speaker A: Hola, comosta. Now, I don't speak much Spanish. Okay. I'm just impressing you, trying to impress you. All right? Just know a few words and you'll be fine. But, you know, we focus more on Cambodia, Indonesia, Vietnam and Japan. And now going into India. All right. The glory of the Lord is being spread over the nations of the earth. And what a delight to be here with Numa. And it's such a blessing to finally see pastors Glenn and lynch met them in Dallas, and we saw how the Lord has really raised them up to be powerful influencers for the nations. So we just want to thank you, Pastor Sclan and Lynn, for having us here and opening this door for us to come and just be with this awesome group. I was just with you all when you all started. And, I mean, you all really know what to do. You know how to work with the Holy Spirit. Open your hearts up and allow whatever he wants done, not just in your own lives, but also in Australia and from here to the nations of the earth. So, again, we want to honor you for honoring Numa, the breath of God, the Holy Spirit of God. So let's pray now and ask the Lord to just help us. Father, we just want to thank you for this beautiful time, for your beautiful people, for this congregation that you are raising. Abba, we welcome you, holy spirit here, we welcome you, Jesus, we welcome you, Abba. Father. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you, Lord. Thank you, Lord. We ask you, Lord, that you will be the fresh breath. You will release a fresh breath into our hearts, into our lives, a fresh vision of what is yet to come, so that we can stretch forth and reach forth unto the price of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus. So we just want to submit and commit this time with your hand. Glorify your name, Father, through your son, Jesus Christ and through the power of your holy spirit, in Jesus name, amen. How many of you here are from Singapore? Okay, we have two. All right. I have a friend over there in Perth. He said that in his congregation, almost all his people are from Singapore or Malaysia. No wonder we are having some problems in Singapore. People move on, just like me. All right, I'm guilty as well. But really, you know, I believe in divine engineering. God is the one who places us in the right place at the right time for his glory. So we just need to move with the cloud. See, some people don't move, even though the cloud has gone. Then they wonder why it's so hot. Hey, the cloud has moved. You better move with a cloud. Hallelujah. Amen. All right, so, wow. Hallelujah. I'm so, so, so delighted to be here. Hallelujah, brother. I don't know why, but the Lord will move. All right. The Lord will move. The cloud will move, and you will move with a cloud. Amen, brother. Yes. And your wife as well. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Thank you, Jesus, for your cloud that is here. And we thank you, Father, that you will raise up this group of your people, even as a prototype, even as an example of what it ought to be to welcome the Holy Spirit and to lift up the name of Jesus. Thank you again, Abba. Father, in Jesus name. Amen. The Bible says, do not despise the day of small things. All right? Do not despise. Because in the day of small things truly are the beginnings of great things. Right? Always remember that. So I want to encourage you all to press forward and move forward into the purposes of the Lord. Now, as I was waiting on the Lord, and as we were praying. We've been praying for this trip for quite a while now. I felt a word for you as a congregation, so I just want to release his word. All right, let the word of the Lord bless you. And after that, I will share a little bit more of the message content, which will also piggy ride on the word that I felt in my spirit for you all as a congregation. So, as I prayed for you all, I saw a vision of the holy hand of God reaching out to all of you. So praise God. And there's something about God's hand reaching out to you. If God's hand is reaching out to you, you are good. You are saved. All right? Don't be anywhere where you do not see the hand of the Lord at work. No, no. If he's reaching out to you, you are good. You are in the right place at the right time for the right purposes of the Lord. And I saw the Lord's hand reaching out to you all in number one, love. And in number two, holiness. All right, so the Lord is reaching out to y'all in love and holiness of purpose. So we need to be purpose driven. And there are two sides to the coin, love and holiness. So we need to have the balance of both love and holiness. To be a balanced, mature Christian. You have too much of love and focus too much on love, you become jealous. You know what a jello is? Jelly. All right. Okay. You don't go too far being a jelly Christian. You have too much of holiness and focus on that. It can become very legalistic and hard and harsh. So we need to have a balance of both love and holiness. That's why when Jesus came, he revealed himself as one, full of grace and then full of truth. Because in the Old Testament, the father revealed himself as full of truth. But Jesus came down because of his sacrifice and was able to release and unveil the other side of God, which is God is love. Amen. So grow in both love and holiness, and you will be a mature, strong, balanced Christian who can be trusted and trusted with the purposes of God. All right? We need to have both to be strong and balanced. But the Lord says, watch out for distractions. See, distraction is a major ploy of the enemy in this era of information and social media. It is true. It is a ploy. It is a scheme. Why? To get us distracted. And on top of that, we have challenges, responsibilities, cares and worries, and even riches. Right? Jesus said, the cares and the worries and the riches of life choke the word so that we are not able to grow. So there are many things in life that come to distract us. But the word of the Lord to you is, watch out for distractions, because only one thing is needed. You focus on this one thing, you will be finer. In Philippians 313 14, this is the word the Lord released to me for you. It says here, brothers and sisters, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do, just do this one thing, you'll be finer. Forgetting what is behind and straining towards what is ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenwards in Christ Jesus. One thing starts with releasing the past. The things that you have gone through as a church, even as a church, release it. Dont dwell on the past. Have you ever seen a person going forward like this? God help the army thats trained that way you cannot look backwards and move forward. See, you need to be single minded, right? So, you know, there are even things in our lives that we need to learn to release, all right? We allow the things that are shameful or secret, we allow them to come to the light. Amen. But after we have allowed them to come to the light, you need to learn to release them by learning to forgive yourself, right? Some of us are so hard at forgiving ourselves because we feel that we have done the unpardonable sin. All right, the accuser will come with one finger, but there are three fingers pointing back at him, alright? Because Jesus already broke his finger at the cross and now all four fingers are pointing backwards at him, alright? Now, so in order to focus on this one thing, we need to first of all learn to have a short memory. Forget the past, all right? Be good to yourself because the Bible says love your neighbor as you love yourself, right? It starts with you. It's amazing. God says starts with you. All right, so the one thing that the Lord really wants you to focus on and wants us to focus on is the image of Jesus Christ. Focus on this one thing and everything will be alright. Otherwise we will be scattered in our purpose. In Texas, many people carry guns, so you better be careful there. Sometimes, you know, my wife says don't honk. Some people have a short fuse and some people have suffered from that. So one time we went to the field and we had chance to fire guns and we did the shotgun. Now the shotgun has a lot of ball bearings inside. So when you shoot, when you use a shotgun, it's usually to shoot some flying geese, right. So hopefully one of the ball bearings will get into one of them. But you know, it's scattered, it has minimal effect. But a sniper's gun is focused, it's powerful, it goes very far and it's super accurate. So the Lord wants us to be like the sniper's gun and not to be scattered. You may think you're doing something good but it's only a lot of blast ball bearings going all around. Hopefully you hit something. Now we don't have time to hopefully hit something. We only have a chance to focus and go for it and be hundred percent on target. All right. We are called to be bullseye christians. You know what a bullseye is, right? You have many, many circles. Many people are just enough, I mean they are just happy in just touching one of those outer circles. But not for us. God wants us to aim for the bullseye so that we will aim for the highest in order to receive its utmost for us. Amen. Okay, so, you know, even though, you know, we go through life with all the different challenges, the Lord really understands what you go through. And the Lord put that in my heart to just assure you that he is mindful of everything that you go through in life. He understands the reality of everything that you are going through right now. Sometimes you may think nobody else understands me, but the Lord says, I understand you. So this is a word, really, for each one of you. The Lord is saying, I really know what you are going through. And this scripture came to my mind in two Corinthians 4810. Because even in everything that we go through, there is a purpose, that God has allowed it to come upon our lives. Second Corinthians 4810. It says, we are hard pressed on every side, but not crushed. Sometimes you may feel hard pressed, but God only tailor makes every trial for your life. Do you know that? God is the perfect tailor. He only will allow what you can bear. Then it says, here, we are perplexed, but not in despair. Sometimes you wonder, Lord, I thought you said this. Why is it not happening? Persecuted but not abandoned, struck down but not destroyed. But the Lord is saying this, I allow all these things to happen to you for just one purpose. And that is in verses ten to twelve, always carrying around in the body the dying of Jesus, so that the life of Jesus may also be revealed in our body. So everything that you go through is not a waste, because God is very single minded for you. His purpose is that as he allows all these trials and temptations, temptations in your life, he wants that through all these things, the life of Christ be revealed in and through us. Amen. All right. And I feel that for you, brother, the Lord is saying that for you. All right. Okay. So that is in verse ten. And then verse eleven. Paul again repeats the same thing. It says here, for we who live are constantly being handed over to death because of Jesus. So that the life of Jesus may also be revealed in our mortal flesh. So God allows trials and tribulations in our lives so that through them, his life may be revealed through your life. Amen. So this is the reason why we go through the things that we go through. I remember when I first received Christ, I had a miraculous conversion. Jesus came to me while I was in a bus, very discouraged, very depressed. And he put his hand on my heart and touched my heart. My depression took off. Peace came in, joy came in. My life was totally, totally transformed. But after that, I discovered I was either in water or in fire. So I remember one day a friend of mine asked me, now, how is your life now since you received Christ? I said, brother, I'm either in water or in fire. I was on a crash course. All right, so if you are in water or fire, don't worry. It's because God's purposes is being accomplished in your life, so that the life of Christ may be revealed through the things that you go through and suffer in life. So in verse twelve, it says, so death works in us, but life in you. So we go through death daily, right? Paul said, I die daily. But the reason why we die daily is so that each day we can become a river of life, a river of blessing to many outside of these four walls. Do you know that there is only a trickle of water coming down within the four walls? But when the trickle left in Ezekiel 39, I believe, right, it says, the river of life began to take form and shape. The waters began to increase, first to ankle, then to knee, to waist, and then it was too deep to swim. The real flow of the spirit, friends, is not indoors. It's outdoors. Amen. That's why the Bible says, go into all the world, because that's where the river of life flows in great, great magnitude. So don't be stuck. As a church Christian, you are missing out and just settling for trickles because at the doorstep of the temple, there was only a trickle. And some of you are settling for trickles. But the Lord says the real life, the real flow, is outside. I see more of the glory of the Lord outside than inside, really. It's amazing to see how the Holy Spirit leads you outside to be a flow. All right? And that's really another subject in itself. But I want to share specifically on this message, and it is called transformed to be conformed. All right. The reason why we are saved. The reason why we are saved is to be conformed to the image of Christ. See, I'm just trying to piggy right on what the Lord put in my heart for y'all. All right. In romans 829, it says, for those God foreknew, he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his son, that he might be the firstborn among many brothers and sisters. Why did you get saved? Is it because you wanted a fire insurance so that you will not end up in the fires of hell? To some people, it is an insurance to go to heaven. No. According to the word of God, when you receive Christ, you were predestined to be conformed to the image of Jesus Christ. In fact, you know what? The image of Jesus Christ has already been imprinted inside of you. Why? Because in two corinthians 521 says, him who knew no sin was made to be sinned on our behalf, that we might become the righteousness of God in him. So where is the righteousness of God? It's within you. The kingdom of God is within you. What's the problem? Now it just needs to be revealed, and that's where we get stuck every now and then. So Christ in you, the hope of glory. So each of you have, you know, you have tremendous potential to reveal the glory of God. It cannot be stuck within. What has been imprinted within you is a free gift of God that God wants you to release through his spirit so that it can come forth in great glory. All right, so I want to touch on the subject of transformation. What is transformation? All right, the title of this message is transformed to be conformed, because that's the key to impacting the nations of the earth. It's true. The key to impacting the nations of the earth is to be transformed in order to be conformed to the image of Jesus. Then you become a powerful witness to the nations. So what is transformation? It comes from the greek word metamorphosis. Is that how you say that? Okay, she corrects my pronunciation. I'm trying to be australian here. I'm just kidding. Metamorphosis. Metamorphosis, right. Okay, good. You understand that word, right? As long as you and I understand, we are good. Transformation is the greek word from which you get metamorphosis. And the best example is when you see how a caterpillar, an earth bound creature, being transformed into becoming a heavenly bound creature. It's glorious. It's amazing. Now, it's the same word that was used when Jesus was transfigured on the mountain with his three disciples. Do you see the power of transfiguration? It was so powerful that Jesus became so glorious that they almost got blinded. Now, just a few days ago, we were so privileged in Texas to see the eclipse. How many of you have seen the eclipse before? I'm not talking about partial eclipse. I'm talking about full eclipse. I've never seen that. So we were out there with our screens waiting to see, and then here comes the cloud. Oh, no, God. Move the cloud away, Lord. But the Lord did it. All right. Praise God. And then the eclipse started. Friends, I tell you this, I've never seen such manifested glory of God. It was so awesome. I thought to myself, how can people continue to defy and reject Christ when they see such heavenly glory? But that was the glory my wife was saying that happened. That was revealed when Jesus died. When Jesus died, what happened? The whole place became dark. All right. The glory of the Lord is shining today as a witness for every single person. But I tell you what, the glory of the Lord wants to shine brightest through you, alright? Through you. And I believe that for you, sister, the Lord really wants to shine his glory through your life. Now, a good example of transformation, you know, even in the species, in the butterfly species is the monarch butterfly. You know, every year we have the monarch butterfly, they start a 3000 miles journey from the Rocky Mountains in Canada and they end up in Mexico, 3000 miles journey. So they are really on a pilgrimage along the way. They are transformed a number of times where the butterfly will lay eggs and then becomes caterpillars and then becomes butterflies. And the journey keeps going on until they reach the rocky mountains. We are on a pilgrimage of transformation. That is true. The moment you receive Christ, God takes you on a journey. That's why when the Israelites were delivered from captivity immediately, the Lord started them on a journey to enter the promised land. So we go through the process of transformation because God is preparing you to inherit every single promise he has released over your life. Sometimes the promises are not yet released because we are in the process of being readied or transformed to receive it. So that's why it took the Israelites 40 long years, because they were not ready. They were not ready. But finally, when they were ready, they were able to go into the promised land. All right? So do remember that. All right? We are on a pilgrimage. Christianity was never about sitting in church. It is true. Never. It's never about sitting here. But it is about understanding the purposes of the Lord. Time is so short. Life is like a breath. Let's seize it. Let's live for its utmost so that he can release his highest for our lives. Amen. I again feel that for you, brother, the God has got his highest for you. All right? Now, there are six main transformations that take place in our lives. The first transformation is what we call the transformation that comes from the new birth. You know, the butterfly starts off as a little egg the size of the nib of your ball pen, and then it becomes a caterpillar and from there it spins itself into a cocoon and from there emerges the beautiful butterfly. See? But like the butterfly eggs, the word of God released and shared over your life, maybe many years ago, grew and gave birth to a new life in you. That's why I encourage you. Go and share the word. Every time you share the word, you are depositing seeds in people's lives. And the Bible says the seed that has been released over people, the kingdom of God, works in that manner. The seed keeps growing day and night, even though you don't see any outward manifestation. All right, so be good sowers of God's word, because you never know which one will come back with great fruit. So much seed and you reap much harvest. Alright, so when the egg hatches into a caterpillar, what does the caterpillar do? It devours every single leaf on your plant, right? One day you wake up, what happened to my leaves? My beautiful leaves, and you can see through. Now you know. Similarly, when we receive the word, when we receive Christ, all right, we become a caterpillar, we become literally a new creature, and then we are called to devour the word of God. That's the second transformation, the renewal of our minds. You see in romans twelve, two says, do not be conformed to the pattern of this world, but be transformed or changed through the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is. It's good, pleasing and perfect will. See, God wants us to always possess the mind of Christ. So the word of God is like a manual that will help us and transform us into the image of Jesus Christ. So we are called to study, to show ourselves approved not unto man, but unto God, a workman that need not be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. All right, we need to be able to discern and understand what is falsehood and what is truth, especially in these last days. So that's transformation number two. Transformation number three is the cross of Jesus Christ from being a caterpillar. After a little while, the caterpillar begins to spin a cocoon. And then the caterpillar begins to go through a process of death. In fact, it's so powerful that it's like the caterpillar goes through a digestive process whereby every part of his body melts and becomes like liquid protein soup within the cocoon. And it leaves no traces of the caterpillar or its tissues. In the same way, we are called to carry the cross, right? Jesus said, if anyone wants to follow me, let him die to self, right? Deny himself, take up his cross and follow me. And I think this is the reason why much of Christianity is flimsy. Flimsy christians are flimsy because they don't understand the message of the cross. The original message of the cross was, if you want to be my disciple, you deny yourself and take up my tailor made cross for you. God has a tailor made cross for each one of you. To some of you, it can look silver. To some of you, it can be wooden. But I tell you, your cross is your lightest cross, not somebody else's silver cross. Sometimes you think, oh, lord, why do other people have it good? Why me? Why am I the underdog? But I tell you, friends, God knows to give you exactly what you need. When you understand the cross, you will realize that his cross is easy to be born and his burden is light. And you will find rest for your souls. Because when you carry your cross, Jesus comes alongside and helps you to carry the cross he gives you, and he becomes light. That's why the yoke of Jesus is not burdensome. It is light, all right. That's why the scripture says his commandments are not burdensome. It may look burdensome for the time being, but when you begin to embrace the cross, it becomes light. One day, I had a visitation from the Lord early in the morning at 04:00 a.m. In Malaysia, in one of the mountains. He came down, and I was by the fireplace, and he said this. Embrace the cross. I think if christians understand the power of embracing the cross, you can probably minimize 90% of the problems you find going on in the church. That is true. All right. Okay. So the caterpillar inside the cocoon is being transformed or is being changed. And that goes. That brings us to the fourth point with regards to transformation, and that is the Holy Spirit. And this is where you all are experts at focusing on the Holy Spirit himself. See, the Holy Spirit is the agent of transformation because the caterpillar has gone through a dying process within the cocoon. But in the cocoon, something powerful takes place. The liquid protein begins to change, turning into stubs, which will soon grow into eyes, antenna, limbs, the wings, and finally, the butterfly. You see, we are transformed by the Holy Spirit. We are changed from glory to glory by the holy spirit. Second Corinthians 317 18. It says, now the Lord is a spirit. And where the spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. Hallelujah. And we, who, with unveiled faces all reveal, reflect the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into his image with intensifying glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the spirit. So, keeping our eyes on Jesus, focusing on Jesus, and cooperating with the Holy Spirit in the areas that needs to be transformed, releases transformation power. What you are now will never look like you ten years from now or five years from now or two years from now, because God is all the time changing us. The transformation process, number five, it comes through prayer and struggle because after the butterfly is sort of fully grown, it needs to emerge from the cocoon, right? But it only has a little small hole through which it can emerge. See, sometimes for transformation to take place in our lives, there needs to be times of struggling and wrestling with the Lord in prayer. See, Jacob, his very name means cunning, deceiver, and so on, right? But one day he met the angel of the Lord and he wrestled and he said, lord, I will not let you go until you bless me. Some of you, you need to wrestle before the Lord to see the kind of breakthroughs you need to see. And finally, the angel said, oh, my God, you are too much for me. I can't take it anymore. Can you please let me go? We need to press in. Amen. Until something is broken in us and we walk with a limb knowing it's because of him, not because of us. And his name must change from Jacob into Israel. All right, I believe the Lord is in the process of changing names here from Jacob's into Israel's. But it's going to come through your purposefulness in intercession and struggling and wrestling with the Lord, so that through that little hole, you will come forth and emerge as that powerful butterfly who is able to fly. Do you know that not only can you see yourself being transformed through wrestling in prayer, but also you can see others being transformed through prayer. Look at Colossians 412. It says, epaphorus, who is one of you, a servant of Christ, salutes you, always laboring fervently for you in prayers, that you may stand perfect and complete in all the will of God. That's why parents, if you have children who are knuckleheads, this is your key. You can wrestle in prayer until Christ is formed in them. Breakthrough. Hallelujah. Breakthrough is released over your lives as you understand the principle of struggling in prayer and intercession, you know why we struggle? Because sometimes, Lord, you just ask, Lord, how long? More? It's not just for your children, but for your spiritual children, for situations and so on. All right, now, the final transformation I want to share is transformation that comes from returning to your first love. Yeah. In the book of Ephesians, the Lord said, you know, you are so good. You did this. You did that. You know, you can't stand these people who are false prophets and all these things, you work so hard. In fact, you work harder now than before, but you have forsaken your first love. Remember the height from which you have fallen and do the things that you did at first. Sometimes we forget to do the things that we did at first. And I think there are two things that we need to remember to go back to. Number one, when you first receive the Lord, you love the Lord and you worship them like crazy, right? Oftentimes that sort of fades off. And number two, you begin to share. When you received Jesus, you were so excited. You shared with everybody. Evangelism, worship and evangelism are key elements to keep our fire, our first love for the Lord, on a height that cannot be moved. All right? So when there is this breakthrough in our lives through worship, through all these processes that I just mentioned, it's going to release us for great impact. In fact, this is what I heard the Lord said. He said this, as you connect with the depths of his power and love and life from out of your innermost beings will gush out rivers of the living water. I heard the Lord say, it's not going to be a flow. It's going to be a gushing thought. Like when you drill for oil, and when you touch the vein or the stream where the oil is flowing, what happens? The oil shoots up. Right? That's the kind of power I believe God is promising. New machia. Hallelujah. So you go far and wide. You know, 500 people saw Jesus when he resurrected, but only 120 showed up at the prayer room. 120. But as they waited on the Lord, as the Lord began to transform and change them over a period of ten days, ten also talks about testing. At the end of the ten days, the Holy Spirit came down and the rivers of life began to gush forth. I tell you, there was transformation on a massive scale, starting in Jerusalem and then into Samaria, Judea, and the rest of the earth. So the transforming power of Jesus Christ is right now here with us. And we're just going to close our eyes now, and we're going to ask the Holy Spirit to help us at this time, because there are rivers of living water waiting to be released from you, through you, through your life. Thank you, Jesus. Hallelujah. I like you to just focus on Jesus now and ask the Lord to speak to you. Thank you, Jesus. Thank you, Father. Oh, Father, we thank you, Jesus. Because there's a river of life waiting to be released in and through us. And the Lord says, each and every one of you, you are important. None of you is missed by the Lord. You know what? The Lord is speaking to your heart, sir. He's speaking to your hearts as you open up your hearts to him and allow him to reveal Christ in you. Allow him to reveal. Feel the hope of glory that is within you. The powerful potential that is within you. The 120, they were fearful and trembling. Shut up. In an upper room, not even in a lower room. But when the Holy Spirit hit them, they were so transformed when they allowed the Lord to transform them. During those ten days of waiting upon him, a mighty gushing river of life was released. And they rushed out. They didn't walk out. They rushed out because it was gushing forth. You know that lady in black? Yeah, you. Yes. The Lord really wants to release a gushing fault from you and through you. All right? That's the word of the Lord for you. Jesus. Oh, Jesus, I believe. I really see, or I believe Jesus is right now here and his image is being revealed through his word. So that as you are transformed and conformed towards his image and towards his purposes, you will become a shining, bright glory that he himself can display to the nations of the earth. See, Numa has been called to Australia and to the nations. I want you to claim Australia as your inheritance. It belongs to you. It belongs to you. It is your right. It is your possession. Father, we just pray that you release the nations through Australia, through the powerful work of your holy spirit, of your pneuma. From this place, Father, will come forth a release into the nations. Holy spirit, have your way. You know, the Lord is raising up commandos in this place. Not just infantry commandos. Commandos go through specialized training. That's why there are few in number. Thank you, Father. Bless you. Bless you. Bless you. Worship you, Jesus. Thank you. And I really believe, Pastor Glenn, the Lord is raising you up to raise up commandos. Together with Pastor Lynn. This is the commando battalion. Amen. That knows how to go deep into the enemy's territory and destroy fortifications there. Thank you, Father, for bringing Pastor Glenn and Lynn to this place for such a time as this, for the urgency of the cry is real. [00:54:01] Speaker C: Thank you for joining us. We hope that you enjoyed today's podcast and we realise that not everyone has had the opportunity to respond to the good news of the gospel. And for this reason, in all of our services and platforms, we want to extend to you the opportunity to follow Jesus. The Bible teaches us that we have been created for a relationship with God. However, sin, which is essentially disobedience, independence and disbelief, or us simply missing the mark, entered the world and separated us from God. Romans 623 says that the wages of sin is death and a debt was owed. And the Bible tells us that he, Jesus demonstrated his love for us, that while we were still sinners, he died for us. Jesus paid the penalty for our sin. John 316 says, for God so loved the world that he gave his only son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. God so loved the world that he gave us Jesus, that whoever believes in him will be saved. All that is required of anyone is that they believe in Jesus. The son of God who came, lived, died and rose again so that we could be forgiven, made right and given the right to become children of God and to have life forevermore with him. Today you can begin a relationship with Jesus. To believe in him is to simply to respond with faith in our hearts and confess with our mouths that he is Lord. And we do that through a simple prayer. Prayer follow along with me dear Jesus, I believe that you are the son of God. I thank you that you love me and came to forgive me of my sin. I repent from my old way of life and I turn to follow you. I receive the free gift of eternal life and I ask that you fill me with the Holy Spirit so that I can live a life of following after you. I thank you that I am born again as a child of God and that I am a new creation in Christ Jesus. Amen. If you prayed this prayer for the first time, we would love to connect with you and connect you to your next step and the local church in your area. You can contact us on our website at Numa Church.
